    Use our guide or ask a friend for help. For complex garments, we’re happy to assist you over the phone.

  2. Submit your request
    Send us your measurements and the piece you’d like made. Feel free to include photos or sketches if you have something specific in mind.

  3. Receive a quote
    We’ll provide a personalized offer including price and delivery time. Custom pieces usually cost 30–50% more than standard items and take around 2–3 weeks to produce.

  4. Enjoy and wear
    Once ordered, our seamstresses will craft your unique garment and send it to you. Now you can enjoy fashion that truly fits!

Important for Custom-Made Items

Please note that we cannot accept returns on custom-made clothing, as these pieces are made specifically for your body.
But: If something doesn’t fit perfectly, we’ll find a solution together – we’ll happily adjust the piece for you!
